Pay for Nothing is the storefront brand of Vasyl Duda, a Polish sole trader (JDG), NIP 8133894816. Card payments use the Shielda AI Stripe account and may appear on your statement as VASYL DUDA.
For order help, refunds, complaints or questions about your data, contact vasyl@shielda.ai. Include your order reference or receipt link and the email used for your account. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or payment credentials.
What you buy and how it arrives.
A digital Receipt of Zero Value, available from the payment result after payment is confirmed. No account or renewal is required. This is general project support with a satirical digital reward, not a charitable donation or a restricted contribution to a particular tree or animal.
Nothing Patron is €4.20/month; Executive Nothing is €19.99/month. Custom monthly support starts at €1/month. Each paid monthly invoice creates a certificate in Account. Monthly plans renew until cancelled; they include no AI access, productivity service or physical item.
Each purchase creates an independent monthly plan for a company or service name, a printable digital certificate and one automated secular pep talk per paid UTC day when the scheduled job runs successfully. Several accounts can independently choose the same target, and one account can buy several plans. Account records real execution times; missed days are not invented. No monitoring, repairs, infrastructure access, uptime guarantee or religious service is provided. Payment supports Pay for Nothing and its future farm project, not the named company. Names do not establish affiliation, endorsement or control of that company. Change each plan’s visibility or stop its renewal in Account.
Public visibility is selected by default and reviewed before payment. Choose private if you prefer. The Good Vibes Wall groups opted-in paid plans by normalized company or service name, ignoring capitalization and extra spacing. It shows that name, independent plan count and distinct supporting-account count; recorded pep talks and their execution times appear only after a real scheduled job runs. It never publishes account identities, emails or billing data, and private plans are excluded from public counts. Operators can hide a public entry without changing its payment or your chosen preference; restoring it respects your current private choice. You can hide your plan in Account. Visitors may have copied earlier public entries. Do not enter URLs, credentials, confidential names or sensitive information.
Offers enabled in Checkout provide a private digital Passport after confirmed payment and support the future farm project. The review shows the exact EUR or BTC catalogue price, selected species or grove and the available payment provider. See the separate sponsorship acknowledgement before paying.
Choose a product, review the price and billing frequency, then continue to hosted payment. Account sign-in is required for gifts, monthly plans and sponsorship Passports. Only offers and payment methods enabled in Checkout can be purchased. Saving a selection does not take payment.
Digital purchases support future farm plans. They transfer no land, tree or animal ownership, investment return or carbon credit. Sponsorship does not promise a current farm resident, a specific tree, planting or animal assignment, photographs, coordinates, farm launch or a delivery date. Those activities depend on future operations. No voluntary refund is offered if the project does not launch; applicable statutory rights and remedies remain in place.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds.
Your certificate or receipt becomes available after the payment provider confirms payment. If a payment is pending, return to its result page to check again. If you have been charged but cannot access the product, contact us with the payment or order reference; do not pay a second time to fix a delivery problem.
Personal gifts and one-time support do not renew. Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Use Account to cancel a monthly plan; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Stripe provides invoices and payment-method management.
For a missing or faulty digital product, an incorrect or duplicate charge, or a withdrawal or refund request, use Withdraw from contract / purchase help or email vasyl@shielda.ai. Explain what happened and the remedy you are requesting. We will check the order, help restore the promised access or correct the charge, and handle any applicable refund or other remedy. Contact us if you cannot use the Account cancellation control.
We offer no voluntary refunds outside your applicable rights. Your consumer, withdrawal and refund rights remain in place. Calling a product “Nothing” does not remove the obligation to deliver the digital product described at checkout. Requesting immediate access does not by itself waive those rights. Ending future renewals and asking for a refund of an earlier payment are separate requests.
Consumers generally have 14 days from concluding an online services or digital-content contract to withdraw where that right applies. Send an unambiguous statement before the applicable deadline using Withdraw from contract or email. No reason is required. The form gives you an immediate downloadable acknowledgement with your statement, reference and receipt time; no automatic email is sent. Save that file.
Model withdrawal statement (optional): “To Vasyl Duda, Pay for Nothing, vasyl@shielda.ai: I hereby withdraw from my contract for [product / order reference], concluded on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” A signature is needed only when submitting on paper. Where a statutory refund is due, it is processed within the applicable deadline, generally within 14 days after notification, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. A crypto refund may require provider instructions; do not send wallet credentials.
What the application records.
Auth0 handles account login and passwords. The application stores your email, immutable account identity, display name, profile preferences and subscription references. Verified email is required before accessing the private Auth0 profile.
Saved purchases include recipient details and your message. Cabinets store gifts, signatures, invitations, sponsorship records and operational updates. Access is checked against the authenticated account and its roles. Personal gift recipients receive no subscription.
Company requests store the company name, work email, selected interest, optional budget and message for operator review. Submitting a request creates no payment, reservation or marketing subscription.
Stripe-hosted Checkout processes card details. Crypto payments, if offered, are processed by CoinGate. The application stores provider references, amounts, payment state and fulfillment records. Card details are entered with Stripe. A browser return does not establish payment.
Authentication, checkout recovery and social OAuth use cookies. A checkout cookie identifies your saved purchase. A separate essential cookie protects saved customer-request acknowledgements. Payment and withdrawal confirmations are excluded from optional analytics.
Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics cookies. We send public page names and clean URLs, without query strings, fragments or referrers. Accounts, checkout, invitations, receipts and private records are excluded from our page tracking. We do not send Passport text, names, emails or payment details. Advertising personalization is disabled. Change or withdraw consent using Cookie settings. Your preference is stored in this browser. Google’s privacy policy.
Support receipt links display the paid amount, currency, provider, date and receipt artwork; they do not list your email. The impact page aggregates support receipts. A public profile requires verified social linking and a separate publishing choice.
We store your selected company or service name, public/private choice, payment references, operator moderation state and dated automated messages to deliver Server Pep Talks. Company and service names are grouped by capitalization and spacing equivalence; we do not verify an official relationship to those companies. We count distinct account identities privately to produce anonymous public supporter counts for eligible public plans. Private plans are excluded from public groups and counts. Account provides private history and a visibility control. The scheduler generates secular parody text and never connects to, scans or monitors infrastructure. Names, target-filter links, private logs and account information are excluded from analytics.
Optional X and LinkedIn OAuth verifies control of a provider account. The application stores the provider identity, handle, profile link and verification time. It does not retain the social access token. Sharing a card does not publish automatically.
The production site is hosted on AWS Amplify with records stored in DynamoDB. Auth0 handles account authentication, Stripe handles card payments and Google handles optional analytics after consent. CoinGate and social providers are used only for their available payment or linking features. These providers process the information needed for those services under their own privacy terms.
Future exact coordinates are restricted to authorized accounts. Farm photographs and updates depend on real operations and the terms of any future offer. Your digital gift or Nothing subscription does not include an animal assignment, planting date or farm-photo service.
Private API responses disable caching and indexing. Keep recipient links private and avoid putting sensitive information in public profile fields.
Your data and your choices.
We use account, gift and purchase information to perform your contract and deliver private access; payment records also meet accounting and legal obligations. We use security and recovery records, and reply to inquiries and complaints, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service and resolving requests. Optional analytics uses your consent; change or withdraw it using Cookie settings. Withdrawing analytics consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the data-request form or email vasyl@shielda.ai from the address linked to your account. Requests are handled manually, and we may need to verify your identity before releasing private information. If you also want to stop monthly billing, cancel in Account or make that request explicit in your email.
Account and purchase records support continued access to your digital products and resolution of payment or security issues. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. We will explain any records that cannot be deleted when responding to your request; we retain records only as needed for those purposes and the applicable legal periods. Authentication, hosting, payment and optional analytics providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the applicable transfer safeguards; contact us for details. You can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, UODO, or your local data-protection authority.
