What we agree before payment
This is an inquiry, not an investment or land sale. Scope, allocation, duration, deliverables, branding, access, price, and delay handling are agreed in a written proposal before payment.
The farm is not operating yet. No corporate visit or dedicated parcel is promised before it is feasible and specifically agreed. “Half the budget” is an illustration, not a binding quote or verified saving.
